To meet the high standards of the SAUIPE RESORT, a number of internationally famous architects have been employed: Henri Michel de Fournier, André Sá e Francisca Mota, David Bastos and Fernando Peixoto.

And each architect has interpreted the SAUIPE RESORT in his own unique way. It is the influence of different stylistic directions that makes up the particular charm of this resource. The designs shown on this page show the architectural and interior proposals: from the Colonial country house style reminiscent of the tropical mansions of the Portuguese Conquest, through to post-modern architecture based clear, straight lines - you can select according to your own personal taste.

All the concepts combine the overwhelming power of nature and the tropical atmosphere with outstanding luxury and high building standards.

The first complex of properties for sale was the "Casas de Sauipe" complex. This award-winning and totally sold out complex of exclusive houses and villas can be viewed at any time as a reference project.

The "Sauipe Golf Terraces" complex has been integrated at the heart of the 18-hole golf course. This development includes apartments with two and three bedrooms, bungalows and penthouses with large roof terraces and their own pool. The vie across the golf course onto the lagoon and the sea is particular spacious and impressive here.

"Quintas de Sauipe" is a development consisting solely of villas. The private plots of land are huge and all the villas have their own swimming pool. In addition, the standard version also has a separate living area for a live-in employee.
