To meet the high standards of the SAUIPE RESORT, a number of internationally famous architects have been employed:

• Architect "Fernando Peixoto".

And each architect has interpreted the SAUIPE RESORT in his own unique way. It is the influence of different stylistic directions that makes up the particular charm of this resource. The designs shown on this page show the architectural and interior proposals: from the Colonial country house style reminiscent of the tropical mansions of the Portuguese Conquest, through to post-modern architecture based clear, straight lines - you can select according to your own personal taste.

All the concepts combine the overwhelming power of nature and the tropical atmosphere with outstanding luxury and high building standards.

The integration of the inner spaces and open areas creates a perfect harmony with the landscape: you can live in absolute peace and quiet, enjoy your privacy and feel the freedom and calm of the sea, the light sea breezes and the warmth of the sun.

"Quintas de Sauipe" is a development consisting solely of villas. The private plots of land, which are all owned separately, are between 900 m2 and 1,700 m2 in size. All the villas have their own swimming pool.

Each architect designed "his villa" with four different model options you can select from.

In the standard version, each villa has a living room covering around 34 m2, a kitchen, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, veranda and 47 m2 swimming pool with deck area for sun-loungers. In addition, the standard version also has a separate living area for a live-in employee. As an option, the villa can be extended by the addition of a separate pool house with terrace, kitchen and bath, and/or a luxurious glazed pavilion.
