"The architectural conception of this beach house was elaborated in perfect harmony with the characteristics of the landscape and surrounding nature, aiming at a great integration between the external and internal spaces, especially the private living areas. While it provides privacy for its occupants in the private quarters, the house unveils an exuberant landscape that can be seen from its open living spaces and from the balconies in each suite. The leisure areas becomes a central point integrating all the facilities, accessible from each suite: swimming pool, wet solarium, large deck and a covered garden providing an excellent space protected from the sun and at the same time connected with the open living areas. Thus this project reflects the local atmosphere, its light and exuberance, through a design balancing light and shadows, transparency and landscape integration." (FERNANDO PEIXOTO, architect)
